Bruce Murray Recruitment require an experienced part time administrator on behalf of our public sector client. The role, covering maternity leave, will commence in the last week of September and will be for 3 months in the first instance.
The hours will be 9-5 2 days per week or 9-1 4 morning per week (flexible on what days).
You must be highly competent in providing PA/admin support at Director level (when required), taking competent minutes at Board Meetings on occasion, overseeing the running of an office and dealing with suppliers including IT, Mobiles and Building lease etc.
You should also have a reasonable level of basic HR admin
experience in managing staff holidays and leave, keeping staff records up to date, making amendments to contract letters and completing reports.
Prior work experience gained within the public sector preferred but not essential.
